We were first ushered into this auditorium for a presentation by a young Tlingit girl and a movie explaining the history of the Tlingit Tribe and Saxman Village. There is Cathy sitting and awaiting the presentation. The native paintings on the walls were quite beautiful.

As we walked though the rainforest from the auditorium to our next event in Saxman Village, the Potlatch Dance, I spotted this unusual moss-covered tree stump.
